Dr.Komal and her team are super professional! I went there for Invisalign only but they saw that my teeth needed to be fixed before wearing the Invisalign because they were concerned that my teeth's condition would get worse after the Invisalign treatment. They are fixing my teeth every week now.

Thorough, alert, and caring team of ladies today! The dental technician and doctor as well as receptionist were all still on the ball after 4pm to closing! Will continue care here, no question. They were kind, experienced, and prompt, but still stayed behind at end of the day to finish my cleaning and exam without rushing, and were very attentive to my serious allergies, sensitivity, and health issue concerns. Very positive experiences by phone and in person so far.

Found this place with a google search and I’m so happy that I did. The team at RK dental is always very friendly and the receptionist greets me by name. They are very detailed in their work and I think work in your favor to get the best deals for any dental work. I just got Invisalign and couldn’t be happier with the price and results so far.

Dr. Komal and her team were very professional and gentle while examining my teeth. She took time to fully go over my dental health and presented me with proper oral health plans on how to improve my teeth. Her team appeared to be knowledgeable, and I felt that I was in good hands. This practice is the most professional one I have gone to in my 60+ years. Dr. Karma eruditely explained my dental issues, laid out a methodical dental program, and did so in a very calming, congenial manner. Monajean, the Office Manager, efficiently put together a fees plan incorporating my insurance program benefits so I would know my exact costs. From the moment I called for an appointment, I found Monajean's pleasant, calm demeanor soothing and confidently professional.

R K Dental care is a great place in Northern Virginia for all your dental care needs. Dr. Korma is a highly skilled doctor and she has a lot of dental care experience. I’ve been going to RK Dental for several years and and extremely happy with their services. Dr. K is wonderful and does a fantastic job maintaining the health of my teeth. Their dental hygienist, Lan C. does my cleaning and is phenomenal. You can tell she takes pride in her work and always offers great advice and education on ways to improve my dental care home-routine. Mona Jean—the receptionist, is also a joy to work with. Even though we have moved a little farther away I don’t feel the need to switch to another practice. I’ll be recommended my parents to them because of their consistently wonderful service!

Honestly been going to Dr. Karma since she first started at this location. At that time I was in need of a Dentist since moving to Fairfax. By luck I checked it out and Dr. Karma has been the best Dentist I feel in the area. I was very apprehensive going back during Covid but needed to get some work done. The safety measures in place are truly exceptional. The Entire Team / Staff are amazing!!!

Dr. Karma and her staff are amazing! I had a root canal done by another dentist, and I was having some pain from the procedure. I was unable to see the dentist who did the work so I went to see Dr. Karma. Dr. Karma was able to fix the mistake, and made sure to follow up by calling me!Dr. Karma has amazing customer service, and she strives to take care of her patients. She is very knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. Her staff is superb, and are extremely courteous. Needless to say, I have switched dentist, and I am now seeing Dr. Karma, I highly recommend her.Also, her office is extremely clean and up to date.
